Our bespoke IT solution combined with the hand held technology carried by all our Auditors, allows us to provide both a qualitative and quantative assessment of the standard of servicing and workmanship following annual landlord gas safety inspections and also new installation work. .....read more..

 

 

With close to 100 clients our system also enables us to  `Benchmark` a client’s Gas Service Provider, both locally and nationally. 

 

In the event of poor workmanship being identified we are also able to offer work in progress visits, giving tuition and guidance to the operative concerned.

 

Benchmarking & Award for Excellence

 

Morgan Lambert launched the Benchmarking & Service Provider Award for Excellence Scheme in February 2010

The scheme enable Clients to benchmark the performance of their Service Provider(s) against around 100 Client / Service Provider combinations throughout the UK.

For Operatives there will be a voucher up to the value of £1000 for the best performer and a prestigious award for the best performing Service Providers.

The official announcement of 2011 winners will be made at the NHMF Conference at Stratford in January 2012.
